The Harrods 10% Off Rewards Weekend is exclusively available to Harrods Rewards members and designed to enhance a customers shopping experience.
Harrods Rewards loyalty programme offers four membership levels allowing each member to gain exclusive access to an array of benefits and earn points as they spend.

RESULTS
The production of this Mailer is 100% data driven. Split between a Male and Female version, the offers and variable imagery were driven by the individuals spending patterns.
The variable textmatter quoted their current reward points and guidance to achieve their next stage of membership tier.
Sent to approximately 130,000 members, each mailer was individual in it's final production, produced digitally with personalised name and address on outer face.
