We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Production Coordinator. This role is essential in managing client orders, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring a seamless process from design to delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and providing updates throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure packaging orders meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to production-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track production schedules, ensuring all orders are processed, printed, and delivered on time.
- Manage and process customer quotes, orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the logistics of material supply, production, and delivery.
- Provide product knowledge and packaging recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, order statuses, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control, and customer specifications.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer service and production efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Previous experience in customer service or production coordination, ideally within the printed packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer management and production software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM). Advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Knowledge of packaging production processes and materials is a plus.
