We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Handworkers to join our team, assisting in the hand assembly and fulfilment of custom printed packaging projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform hand assembly tasks for printed packaging products, including folding, gluing, and inserting components as per client specifications.
- Accurately pack and prepare products for dispatch, ensuring all items meet quality standards and packaging requirements.
- Collaborate with production and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of hand-assembled projects.
- Assist in hand-fulfilment operations, such as collating, labelling, and organising printed materials.
- Conduct quality control checks on hand-assembled and fulfilled products, ensuring that they are free of defects and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Help manage stock levels of packaging materials and supplies needed for hand fulfilment tasks.
- Assist in other general production duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of the entire production process.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Prior experience in hand assembly or packaging fulfilment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for delicate packaging tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a production environment.
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as required.
