CONTENTS
Sampling 'Envelope' containing Sampling Packaging Carton
Each Packaging Carton to contain:
1 x Teasing Card - 2pp 130mm x 80mm Landscape
2 x Samplers - 60mm x 95mm x 17mm
THE RESULT
SAMPLING PACKAGING
Original design brief detailed a 'pizza-style' packaging carton. After numerous machine colour proofs to test various visuals and colourways our print experts worked with their creative team to adapt the box and create a double tuck-end flap carton.
This decreased the quantity of glueings required to assemble the finished carton and therefore reduced overall finishing costs and production time. The cartons were printed 4 colour process to all outer faces onto a 330gsm White Folding boxboard. An overall matt lamination enhances the tactility whilst adding a prestigious and warm feel.
TEASING CARD
Printed 4 colour process both sides onto 350gsm Satin and trimmed.
SAMPLING ENVELOPE
Originally specified as a bespoke envelope the concept was adapted into a maltese-style wrap to eliminate visual creasing at the foot of the envelope due to a non capacity, and thus created a compact and square package for mailing with 1 glueing for assembly. Printed 4 colour process on all outer faces.
THE BENEFIT
The compact style of the package ensures the overall finished size meets with Royal Mail Large Letter maintaining lower rates of postage for our client and allowing a full sized personalised label for mailing.
THE RESULT
Utilising economic space within the finished pack resulted in a capsule pre-sampling campaign that was full of interest and excitement during the unboxing experience.
