PROBLEM
The original specification required 16 x Leaflets to be enclosed into an envelope prior to placing in the outer carton which was bulky and didn't allow an instant visual representation.
SOLUTION
BKT proposed a printed Bellyband.
The effective use of the bellyband saved costs and enabled the leaflets to be clearly visible during the unboxing experience via the recipient.
THE RESULT
Working with the design team BKT produced plain brown prototypes of various sizes before finalising the exact size and assembly.
Full colour printed sheets were mounted onto white lined folding boxboard and die cut to shape. A lamination was added to enhance protection and avoid scratches and scuffs during transit.
All printed items were produced litho to ensure consistency of colours across all elements and adhere to company brandlines.
